Ready to drink liquid energy gel with an incredible effect. BORN SUPER LIQUID GEL contains 21.5 grams of carbohydrates and ensures an ideal replenishment of glycogen stock. Suitable to take during or even before your effort. Also contains sodium and potassium, important for the regulation of fluid balance in the body and for normal functioning of the muscles.

Use:
1-3 Super Liquid Gels per hour during active exercise. Up to 15 Super Liquid Gels per day.

Ingredients:
- Water, spray dried glucose syrup, fructose, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring, thickener (xanthan gum), salt, caffeine, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

2:1 Glucose / Fructose:
- The 2:1 glucose/fructose ratio increases carbohydrate intake to 90 grams per hour (normally 60 grams).
