I am looking at the Ennui ST wristguards, my circumference is 18 cm, would it be better to go for medium as I am towards the end of the small size?

I bought the L size because I thought the L size would fit, but I actually bought the XL size again because it was smaller. Based on my experience, I recommend the M size.
