It arrived 3weeks after purchase but had to to pick it up in the postal not actually delivered to my address (thogh I pid for the Tax and delivery fees). The box has bit flaws when I opened it but the item were in perfect condition. The quality is really good with the perfect design. The size fits me well and the US 5 and EU 36 matched accordingly. The materials of this production is really perfect! Well cushioned, sturdy and the wheels looks and feels great to slides!

I loved the skates. They are super comfortable and beautiful. If they are in a medium size, I recommend buying the smallest size. Shipping was within two to three weeks and super reliable.

The skates themselves are great. I was a little bit worried about the size, but they seem true to size. I purchased EU40, and usually wear a US 9 (women's). If you want a little bit of toe space, you might want to order a size up from your normal size. The shipping took a while due to the pandemic - the original estimated date to receive the skates was October 9, and they arrived only one week later.

I’m so happy with my skates !! Shipping was fairly long but I got my order anyways despite the pandemic going on and I’m so happy with it :)

I was happy when they finally arrived! It took longer than expected to receive my skates and the box came a bit banged up, but the skates were just fine. Laces are just long enough for me (no excess I have to wrap around the skates). The skates are so pretty, only thing I don’t like much so far is they make a sound like leather pants.
