The effects of METACTIF can be summarised in the following way:

METACTIF is composed of L-TYROSINE (AMINO ACID) and quality-assured and graded vegetable concentrates. The formula contains:

CITRUS AURANTIUM; Synephrine, its active ingredient, improves lipolysis and also increases the calorific expenditure through thermogenesis.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSAGE
Take from 1 to 2 capsules per day 60 minutes before training. Do not take at night. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Does METACTIF test positive in doping controls?
No, in the relevant resolutions passed by the Spanish “Consejo Superior de Deportes” (Supreme Sports Council) in the Boletin Oficial del Estatado* (B.O.E.), caffeine and synephrine are catalogued as permitted substances.

If I am of a nervous disposition, is METACTIF recommended?
No, because the guarana and the citrus can increase your nervous excitement. We would recommend that you THERMOFAST under these circumstances.

What is the correct dosage interval?
As in all thermogenic sports supplements, the dosage is dependent on the subject and that the answer can be variable. Dosages of the supplement should start low, do not take it after 17.00 and increase the dosage every three, four days. If you note an excess of nervous excitement, you will need to reduce the dosage

Can everybody take METACTIF?
No, as with other sports supplements, if you already have cardiac, renal or hepatic pathology or any other medical condition that requires medication, you will need to consult a doctor specialising in sports medicine beforehand.

It can be taken as a tonic thirty minutes before training or before meals, with water.

Thermofast is a sports supplement that belongs to the thermogenic family like Metactif, the difference lies in its composition and effects.

Thermofast is less of a nervous system stimulant, it contains, instead of guarana and tyrosine, green and red teas which are rich in catechins-EGCG which produce a substantial thermogenic effect and also contain some interesting antioxidants.
