Bought for my mother, she is happy with it. problem we had was that despite it being ordered for Canada we received it with an EU plug, had to buy a converter.

The headphones are excellent and the communication,delivery and price were good. If you are buying from UK be aware that it comes with a European 2 pin plug rather than 3pin. There is no adaptor included.

RS 120 is a very good product. Pity that Sennheiser doesn't produce the transmitter/charger as it's the part that is most likely to fail, eventually!

Product of a certain quality easy to use no disturbance can be felt. I think I bought an excellent product, the only flaw the absence of a two-way audio adapter for old TVs that do not have a headphone jack.

Good overall quality. Sennheiser's reputation has been around for a long time. The helmet is rather comfortable. Its main asset is its audio quality especially for a wireless headset.

EU Plug for Australia

I live in Australia (product posted here) and my headphones charger came with a Eu plug so cannot use it without an adapter

What about the guarantee? there were no receipt or warranty certificate included. how should you proceed in the event of a warranty claim?
