After almost 3 years of development we presented the new ENNUI Elite helmet in 2020.

The helmet is manufactured in a new process known as over injected honeycomb skeleton.

All other helmets are made out of EPS foam injected in molds or separated parts and then glued together with an ABS or PVC shell.

The Elite helmet is first a honeycomb structure injection in the best shock absorbing plastic and then additionally over injected with EPS.

Like this, the wall thickness and weight could be reduced drastically so the look and fit will also improve.

It is the lightest and lowest volume helmet on the market which passes all safety standards.
