The overall experience was quite good. Delivery made in excellent condition with board and boots well packaged. Product arrived in perfect condition. If there is a point of improvement, it is related to the product stock. The company indicated that it was in stock when, in reality, they still waited for the supplier to send them the same. It makes waiting unpleasant because we see the estimated delivery time constantly increasing. Still, customer support was quick and helped.
