The right blade

If you have feet over 40, the L/XL size is the most suitable. The blades are pre-sharpened so just pop them on and go! The only flaw is that the first time I was fooled by the 4x80 frame that I already had, believing that the S/M size was fine, but then it was missing too much of the heel/toe and I changed size and had to buy another frame: the L/XL only mounts on flat frames with 4x90 or 4x100 wheels (274mm, 305mm)

I have some rollers whose front and rear bolts have an approximate distance between axes of 30cm. Is this product suitable?

I don´t understand what you have to mount them on, but they mount on the skate frames and they have the appropriate spacers supplied. Specifically, the L/XL blade is mounted on FLAT frames which mount 4 equidistant 90 or 100 wheels, and which therefore have the minimum distance from the center of the first wheel to the center of the last wheel of 27.4 cm and 30.5 respectively cm. If by rollers you mean frames, and bolts you mean axles that hold the wheels in place, the length is the appropriate one, you have a 4x100 frame in your hands.

Up to 40 (but also 39 in some boots if they are large in themselves) I would recommend S/M, from 40 onwards L/XL. To better adjust myself, I considered having the blade protrude by at least 1 cm, both from the heel and from the tip of the shoe. The SM measures 28cm, the LXL 32cm. Then compare the size of your frame with the size of the blade (it must be flat, not rocker). Generally 35-40, if the 4x80 (243mm) or 4x76 (231mm) frame is fitted, the S/M is fine.
